This was a perfect location for exploring inner Madrid during a brief stay. Plenty of room for a party of 3 and a lovely balcony to watch the city wake up. Francisco was extremely helpful and friendly plus we were able to introduce him to a new coffee spot. Thank you for the great stay!

The hotel is very conveniently located with a modern / cool vibe, which is great for the low maintenance traveler. Keyless entry based on a code selected at check in. We had a balcony on the plaza and it wasn’t too noisy. The hotel / building seems to be going though some upgrades, which is nice to see the investment. The bathroom was very nice. Room very clean. Staff was helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was not working properly, and everyone in our group had to spend the night in uncomfortably cold rooms. Additionally, we were disappointed with the attitude of the night staff, as they were not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped. We sincerely hope the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Hotel é impecável, desde a limpeza, atendimento na recepção e localização. As acomodações são bem limpas e confortáveis. Pessoal que ficam na recepção são muito gentis e educados. Bem na saída do hotel já é possível encontrar metrô, restaurantes ótimos e da pra fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo muito!

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación en plena puerta del sol. Como la calle es peatonal, el taxi te deja a 1 cuadra. Pero es fácil caminar y rodar las maletas y es muy seguro. No tiene una recepción . Es más como una portería. Te dan un código para ingresar a la habitación y al edificio si es de noche xq no queda nadie en portería. La plaza del sol esta siempre llena de muchos gente y ruido. Hay muchos foros cerca para comer y comprar Pero nuestra habitación era interna y no se reciclando nada de la calle. Tampoco tenía vista. Solo una pequeña ventana q daba a una pared. Poca ventilación. Pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Las paredes q dan a otros cuartos no están bien sonorizadas. Se escucha todo. Sobretodo muy duro el baño y la dichosa. El baño es amplio y remodelado buena ducha. Le falta una repisa pasta poner las cosas. No tiene closet ni cajones. Solo 2 ganchos en una perchero. Hay cafetera pero toca llevarla al baño para conectarla xq en la mesa no hay colección. Ni hay vasos. Deben revisar el pegamento del sanitario al piso porque se desliza y se desplaza del lugar. No hay desayuno ni cafetería. Pero en frente hay una magnífico y rico café llamado tostado.
