A nice enough place to put your head down for the night for a good price and great location. Comfy bed, great water pressure, lots of clothes storage space and counter space in the bathroom. Lacks ambiance, though. A bit of a sterile feel to it, like a combination of a roadside motel and an extended stay hotel. This place is entirely self-service, so you won’t find a check-in desk or staff to help you and you’ll need to be comfortable letting yourself into the building, elevator, and hotel room with PIN numbers on fancy high-tech locks.

Very communicative very clear instructions the room was very clean, access to free Wi-Fi. they have amenities and also offer you supplies such as bounty, soap for the dishes, towels, toilet paper, ear plugs, sound machine, and soap for bath use. the location is perfect! It’s close to sightseeing areas, transportation is available less than 2 minutes from there.

Everything was perfect. The room looked just like the pictures. Amazing location right at the heart of the loop, right by Millenium park. Check in was easy, the customer service line was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The value for money is unbeatable and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I needed a stay in Chicago again.

Overall is good, but the room is too noisy due to the metro. Suggest to increase the number of lockers for store the luggage

I had a really great stay at LIVN Millennium Park. The location honestly couldn’t be better and made getting around the city super easy. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything felt well kept and thoughtfully set up, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the communication throughout the stay was clear and helpful. Overall it was a really convenient and enjoyable place to stay in downtown Chicago. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Really great spot right downtown. Our unit didn’t face Wabash directly so the train noise wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super responsive and friendly. The only downside is that there is only one window in the unit and it faces brick walls and other unit walls/windows. Not really a problem if you are there to sleep and then head out for the day. But if you are work-staying, you might want a bit more daylight. Overall, I would recommend, for sure!

This was an excellent stay. Easy from beginning to end. Clear information and communication and very quick replies to any questions. The apartment was clean and exactly what I expected. One area that could use attention is there's a need for more lamps. I moved one from the bedroom into the living room, just not to always have bright overhead light on. A couple more lamps in the living area would have been welcome. Overall, though, I was very pleased and I would stay here again....for the convenience of location, communication with staff, willingness to answer questions and deliver more coffee and paper towels...etc. Very satisfactory stay!

I recently stayed at LIVN Millennium Park and was pleasantly surprised by how good it is for the price. It’s not a fancy building, but the unit itself is basically a small one‑bedroom apartment and feels like a great value. The space seems recently renovated and is done nicely – not super high‑end, but clean, modern, and comfortable. The ceilings are incredibly high, at least 12 feet, and the original floor‑to‑ceiling casement windows are a beautiful feature. There’s absolutely no view (it looks out onto an alley and another building), but with the sheer blinds closed you still get tons of natural light and it honestly didn’t bother me at all. The bed was very comfortable, and having an in‑unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus during my stay. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you could need to cook real meals, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. Overall, if you’re looking for a practical, comfortable place in a great location and don’t care about a fancy lobby or a view, this is an excellent option and I’d happily stay here again.

PRIME LOCATION with an AMAZING studio with a stackable washer/dryer combo in your 336 sq ft setting. Everything is done on your phone and there are no staff to check you in. There’s a number to call on the wall in the hallway for any issues. It would be 5 star except the building is right next to the train tracks that run 24/7. I tried turning theTV on to drown out the noise but still heard it.

One of the best places I've stayed. The apartment was huge, clean, and had full amenities, even washer and dryer and was very reasonably well priced. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was situated in a good location: the Chicago Loop/Jeweler's Row area. Some of the info regarding check in wasn't made available to me but the staff person was of great help getting things sorted. The room was clean and perfectly suited for my needs. I would stay there again and recommend it to other travelers.

Very clean room and easy access instructions. just a word to the wise that the 5th floor is the top floor and some of the rooms have a skylight. cool, but if you are a light sensitive sleeper there is no way to block out the light. all else, perfect for the stay.

The place was centrally located and clean, but it is next to the train tracks so it is very very loud at night and very bright too which makes it very hard to sleep at night.

Very clean, large rooms! Basically your own apartment with full kitchen. I didn’t get room number in a message so it was a little confusing to check in, but they helped with one easy call. Perfect location! Parking was only $27 underground about a block away through Spot Finder.

Room was large, quiet, secure, and having the amenities of home made the trip that much better. Having a kitchen made for quick meals instead of eating out daily. Used the stackable washer and dryer which allowed us to pack light and wash clothes as needed. Had some issues with flight being delayed and the property manager was excellent with communication and allowed us to check in late or the following day. Highly recommend. Walkable for downtown, Millennium/Grant Park, and public transportation systems.
