Cheap central stay with great staff
The pub was right next to the station and was easy to locate. It was also around 20-30 minute walk to Baker Street!
Staff was great (shoutout to Daisy! ) who gave me tips on local stores and food recommendations, and also was quick to help with things like a broken door lock and a clogged toilet.
The negatives would be the sounds at night since it's located on a busy street. Prepare some ear pluggs to dampen the sound of traffic and people walking home after a few beers.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay for the cheap cost, close to several attractions, and wonderful staff!

Nice budget hostel above a pub. Very nice location just next Edgeware Road tube station. Clean room, clean toilet and showers and nice pub.lockers available inside the room. A big 👍

easy to find, right next to an underground station and only 15 mins walk to Hyde park. Cheap price. Only hesitation from staying there again is that I booked what I thought was a 3 bed female dorm (as advertised on Expedia) and at 2am I woke up to find a man in my room who had booked the bottom bunk. Upon querying in the morning the hostel said they don’t offer 3 bed female dorms, so it was an error from Expedia marketing.

Left right after check in.
The whole place smelled like sewer apparently due to a broken bathroom, the smell was unstable! Lockers where broken as well. Terrible cleanliness.

Black mould , bad smell all throughout the building . We didn’t stay the two nights we booked just because we were so put off by everything . And we didn’t get a refund . Street is very scary especially as a woman . And not too many options for food.

This might be the worst place I've ever slept in my life.
The 9-bed dorm I slept in was claustrophobically small and the metal beds creaked more than a wookie in heat. The overall vibe of the place seemed dodgy and the common toilets were disgusting.
The only positive thing I can emphasize is the service of the personnel. They were kind and service-minded, gotta give them that. But it doesn't balance out my overall experience, unfortunately.

Misleading information and unprofessional.
I booked a female only triple dorm Room but it was mixed. I went to reception and told them that a man came into the room, they said it's hotels.com mistake because they asked them to change it 6 month ago and they didn't. Then they put me in a 9 bed dorm for the same price as the triple dorm.
