I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a great overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, and the common areas were always tidy and welcoming.
What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Claudia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Claudia went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I felt welcomed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay.

Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. It is right next to Sea World and not too far from all of the other goodies in Orlando. Felt safe and decent parking.

My stay was pleasant. Room was very clean.I slept perfectly the bed was so comfy. Check in was smooth. I didn’t bring my bathing suit so I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked inviting.

The area lost power, not a cause of the hotel, but they handled the situation very well and had excellent communication. This stay we found that the walls were a bit thin as a few family’s were disrespectful of time and allowed their children to run around and repeatedly slam doors. This is a busy hotel. The included breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff hustledw, cleaning and refreshing often all with a kind smile. Rooms were also clean. I recommend this hotel highly if going to SeaWorld as they provide a free shuttle and it is located with in 5 mins of the park
