Good for kids, enjoyable for adults.
We had a good time at Nickelodeon. The weather in early Nov. was comfortable, but the occasional rain scatters did ruin some pool/beach days, so definitely look into the season when planning your trip. The food was a hit or miss depending on what restaurant you try. Definitely try Sweetey (ice cream/donuts), SpaceWalker, Verdello, Zest and the hamburgers. The buffet could have been better, but is typical of any all inclusive. Overall, the kids had a good time. They did provide sand buckets for the kids when we asked at the bar by the beach which was great for us. However, its first come first serve. Luckily, there wasn't many vacationers when we went, so we got lucky. Character breakfast was entertaining. It was breakfast buffet style, so hurry up and eat before the characters come out because half the time you're taking pictures with all the characters. Club Nick was nice for rainy days. Unfortunately, its just kids only, so if you're a concerned parent, you will be sitting outside waiting like my husband did.

We had a great time at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana! We went for our son’s third birthday, and he enjoyed himself very much! The food was hit or miss each day, but the drinks from each bar were fantastic, and there was no shortage of activities to do with our son! My family and I will definitely be back in the near future! A small complaint is the placement of the Jellyfish Park right next to the Aqua Nick water park. The jellyfish park requires socks and dry clothes in order to enter but having it right next to a water park meant we had to go all the way back to our room to get socks and dry clothes for our son. Just a weird place to put that area.

We had a great stay at the Nickelodeon! The resort is beautiful and the food is really good, besides the buffet food. We found that mediocre. The kids had a great time at Aqua Nick and meeting all the characters throughout the resort. They especially loved the ice cream shop! Michael (driver), Henry (concierge), George (concierge) and David (Prestige representative) were all so amazing!! They all provided exceptional service!

Stay away, I had such high hopes for this stay, after watching the lovely you tube video and hearing of the great food. This all must have been when they opened. From the second I stepped foot in the lobby it was bad. Nothing good to say everything was just horrible, food, wait times to eat just bad bad bad. I would not stay here if it was free.
This was the line at breakfast on a Tuesday morning, dinner was no different.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Like any resort, tipping tends to increase the quality of a server's mood and helpfulness. The food was great at the beginning of our stay but declined somewhat by the 6th and 7th days of our stay. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay despite some minor inconveniences.

We Love this Resort because it a home away from home, the all inclusive package was the best thing that could have happened to us, believe it or not, it takes off so much stress of handling money paying everytime you order something to eat or drink. I recommend this Resort to everyone and their family. The Staff and employees are amazingly friendly and professional.

The resort’s biggest attraction was the water park. Aside from that, everything else cost additional money. From dining at the Spacewalker restaurant or getting slimed with your family to having the breakfast meet and greet with the Nickelodeon characters. The additional costs were surprising and expensive. The hotel is rated a 5 star but it is not 5 star quality like that in the U.S.A. It is family friendly yet there were places around kids that they allowed adults to smoke. That was a huge factor in my decision not to return with my asthmatic daughter. The pineapple room is an anomaly in that you have to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to sleep there and there are very few. Also there was price gauging for spa services and cabana rentals. Oh and please believe everyone expects a tip for EVERYTHING! It was impossible for you to even push your own luggage before the bell service whisked it away and insisted that they “got it for you”. The water park is in walking distance of the rooms or you can stand around and wait for a golf cart driver to take you. Walking was totally reasonable. Finally, the restaurants were Italian, Asian-Fusion, Burgers, and one steak place. There was one breakfast buffet location. There was no authentic Dominican restaurant on the resort. That was so disappointing.

Overall we loved the stay. The pools, kids attractions, staff, beach, food, room and all were great. We would recommend to anyone, especially with kids. The only issue we had was a late night room service order that was never delivered.

We had several issues with our room the water from the shower just kept coming out every time we would shower, most of our clothes got wet we reported the problem they said they would fix it when ever we left the room. The service was great but not excellent they need to work on their customer service more. Especially the ladies from the buffet area. Also the ladies from the gifts stores were pretty rude my mother when to buy some gifts and she forgot her glasses in the room so she ask one of the ladies for the price and she literally said lady are you blind or what. Definitely the answer was not the most appropriate way to be said. But other than that the hotel was pretty clean from the outside and safety was excellent. My daughter had fun which that’s the most important thing.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas , eramos 2 adultos y tres niños pedi antes de llegar una cuna y saque una habitacion grande cuando llegue no tenian disponibilidad y me dieron una habiatacion de dos personas , no ponen leche para los niños en la habitacion y la Pedi no la llevaban tenia q estar llamando para q llevaran leche no hacen refil de los alimentos de la nevera , la animacion no me gusto para ser un hotel de niños todo hay q pagarlo aparte creo q es muy caro para lo q oferta , no volveria a ese hotel , las lozas del piso rotas cualquier niño podia tener un accidente , los empleados del hotel no son muy amables pedi hablar con el supervisor nunca pude hablar con el en fin no me gusto .
