On the plus side, I was able to make a last minute reservation at a fair price. This vintage property has a lovely pool area and is located right on the beach on beautiful Key Biscayne. On the downside, my room was one that has never been updated with old linens, furniture and everything else. My door faced a parking lot so there wasn’t much charm there. I believe some of the rooms have been renovated and there are some newer cottages on the property. I would just say that you should be aware that some of the standard rooms are pretty basic.

Worst room ever. Tried to get a room for the weekend on our 40th anniversary. First thing the room smelled horrible had to get air freshener. Ac did not work, refrigerator didnt work, the shower didnt work and no hot water. Oh the T V was a 12. inch. The pol looked ok but the ocean was brown and full of seaweed. I got a refund that night and
