Nice accommodation in a classic hotel.
This a classic old Adirondack hotel. It was very clean and quite comfortable even during subzero outdoor temperatures. I could not control my room temperature from my room and I missed a bathroom fan. None the less I was quite comfortable during my 2 night stay. The meals in the dining room were excellent.

Peaceful lodge with gorgeous view on the lake.
Beautiful lodge with great views on the lake. The room was spacious with top of the line furniture and mattress. Bathroom was outdated, especially the shower. Our diner at the restaurant of the lodge was delicious and we enjoyed the covered back porch in the morning.

Love the classic lodge look and feel. We didn't go to the restaurant, but it looked very nice and gets good reviews. They don't have anyone at the front desk, but the housekeeper was very helpful and brought us different pillows when we asked for them since the original ones smelled bad.

Overnight stay
Event though it was an older building, the rooms were clean but needed ceiling repairs. No a/c but we were lucky the night was cool. My granddaughter was looking forward to go into the lake but the beach was not clean. There was goose poop all over. The chairs were filthy so we sat on a rock. The homemade ramp to the dock was just sitting on a rock which was dangerous. The front porch could have been a little cleaner and set up better. The food in the restaurant was excellent. One night stay was fine.
