Me, the hubby and toddler enjoyed our stay for his birthday weekend. Staff was great but Sam was amazing and so helpful towards my little family. Only downside of this place is the restaurant on the second floor. The service sucks and Is over priced!! I mean Miami is expensive of course. But all the servers get 20% grat on the checks and i was Lucky for someone to check on me and my toddler after the food dropped. It was horrible. Also expect the hidden fees when you check out :)
