Had to leave half way through with no refund. STAY AWAY, not worth it

Good value for money
Picked hotel for easy access to airport, National Express service, tube/bus and lots of choice for takeout. Hotel was not luxury but clean. Rooms with private shower were newly renovated but cramped, could hear noise in hallway. Bed does not look comfortable but provided good nights sleep.

Good 6.0
Recommend for short stay, but not for long
The location is quite good. 3 min to Hammersmith tube station. A basic public kitchen and a luggage room. But the room is quite small, and the toilet is not working properly sometimes. Anyway, it is not a severe problem for daily use, given the price.

Fair 4.0
very basic
We paid around 60 pounds a night for a private room with private bathroom which was good for London. The room was very basic as predicted but the service and feel of the place felt very cold - imagine a mix between an asylum/old people’s home/hospital. For example the reception had a glass screen with a hole to transfer things like keys and credit cards as if you’re at a ticket booth. If you just need a clean place to sleep it’s good but if you want to feel warm and welcomed into London I wouldn’t recommend this place.
