The place was great. I have no complaints with the condo itself. Therefore, but my only complaint is with parking which has nothing to do with the property. If you plan to bring a vehicle, I read somewhere that parking was available for $31 per day but it never states where this garage is located. After circling the building I finally got out and asked where they recommend parking and they said the LAZ parking garage located at 660 Washington but we were welcome to park anywhere. We ended up parking there even know the price was $28 every 12 hours. Just want to give a heads up to communicate that a litte better to anyone else that may be arriving with a vehicle.

No hot water and heat not working and the problem never got resolved they procrastinated they said that they were gonna fix this issue. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with cold cold water before the water was freezing. We had to boil hot water to bathe our baby in the sink when we called the customer service, they directed us to the billing, and when we called the billing number, they directed us back to customer service. I can’t believe this I would not recommend this suite for anybody none of my friends will be recommended to stay here stay far far away they do not care. Security turned us away saying that they are just Security. How can you be when you’re 500 pounds.
