Close to old San juan
We found the experience to be quite pleasant. The hotel itself is quiet. It’s relatively close to old San Juan. We were glad we stayed there.

Safe, clean and affordable
Stayed here on both sides of a cruise we took out of San Juan. Hotel served its purpose (clean, safe, affordable) but not a whole lot of extras. Which was fine as we just needed a place to sleep and shower. Staff was very helpful in holding our luggage both ways, calling taxis, etc.

pleasant surprise
Because of a flight delay, we had to stay in San Juan for a night. Our room was nicer than the photos led us to expect, and we had only a short walk to a restaurant that all three of us enjoyed greatly. A very pleasant surprise!

Overall good place to stay for a couple of nights, is not too far from good restaurants and entertainment. They don't provide toiletries and you have to ask for housekeeping if you are staying more than 2 days.

Not much bang for the buck.
It's an old old building - no locks on the windows. Parking was a joke - I ended up scaping my car trying to get out. No amenities at all, no breakfast, no pool, no dressers, only on chair and a strange patio bench. Staff was nice.
