I arrived and checked in after 11pm but it was no problem, the colleague on the desk whose name I cannot recall (possibly Robert) was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was super clean, was very comfortable. The included breakfast was good, mixture of cereals, muffins, waffles as well as some hot options such as scrambled eggs and sausages.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

My kids and I flew up to Boston for a concert over the weekend. I read quite a few negative reviews about this hotel and the area, but I have absolutely no complaints. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options.

The hotel it’s self was great. The breakfast was good and staff were lovely. The location is somewhat convenient in terms of being a bit far from downtown attractions. Some noises from people in the neighborhood kept us up at night, which is not the hotel’s fault.

Only downside would be the location of this hotel as it is close to a hospital. Frequent noise from paramedic sirens and there's also a lot of homeless nearby the hotel.
