"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very central and all the museums are within walking distance. It is right next to the tram line and it’s easy to get to locations that are farther away. I loved the decoration of the hotel, especially the staircases! Rooms are big and clean. I enjoyed having a sink in the bathroom and another one in the hall. It’s somewhat noisy due to the central location. It would be nice if ear plugs or noise cancelling machines would be available or standard with the room. I did use the white noise on my phone a lot. Overall, great facility. "

"Very good hotel in the center of Amsterdam . All the main touristic attractions of the city were walkable and easy to do because of the location of this hotel . The view is beautiful around the hotel and lots of eateries and shopping is available closeby for tourists . Loved the convenience of being in heart of all the main attractions of the city .Highly recommend this hotel for families on vacation to Amsterdam . "
