Right from the start we were met with friendly service and our room was beautiful and spotless. The restaurant is a hidden gem, beautiful atmosphere with some of the best food either of us have had in some time! Even if you are staying in Nelson, the 10 minute drive is worth it!"

"Older hotel but highly recommend, multiple restaurants to choose from in the hotel. Good service, no on site parking but parkade next door. Room was comfortable and clean, bright and lots of towels. Dry sauna in the Spa was fantastic. Definitely worth it. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was great, and the restaurant connected to the hotel had delicious food. The free parking is across the street, but there is a loading zone right in front of the hotel. "

"Beautiful lobby and our room was quite attractive, clean and comfortable. There was significant snow overnight and the manager was very kind and concerned for our safety. She shoveled by hand those places we walked. We did have a microwave in the room. Lobby is a separate building and is spacious with
multiple tables and chairs and a simple continental breakfast. All within the walls of a clean, fragrant ten year old log cabin building which equals that in Glacier Park. It has so many windows...
