Pésima atención de la Sra. Fabiola en Recepción!
El hotel está bien pero la Sra. Fabiola que atiende en el hotel con una atención al huésped PESIMA! No tiene la menor idea de lo que es darle un buen servicio al huésped. No sabe sonreir, no intenta ser agradable y te atiende como si la hubiera tratado mal la vida y se quisiera desquitar con los huéspedes! La persona más antipática que hemos visto en un hotel y es una lástima tener un hotel aceptable pero con esos malos tratos Nunca Regresar ahí! Sí quieres que te atienda alguien de mala forma y trate mal en tu viaje? Hospedate ahí y que te atienda la Sra Fabiola! Debían poner más atención en servicio al huésped y poner personal agradable, educadas y carismática! Y no a la Sra. Fabiola!

Superó mis expectativas.
Todo el personal es extremadamente amable y atenta. Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias, las almohadas son suaves, aunque un poco delgadas para mi gusto, super accesible para salir al centro e ir a la basilica. El camión hace base prácticamente enfrente. Todo muy bien.

Habitacion sin agua caliente
La atención al registrarnos fue muy calida, la limpieza en la habitacionbes buena, lo malo fue que no habia agua caliente para la ducha y no se tomaron la molestia de atender, la recepcionista solo se concreto en decir abra la regadera 15 minutos y espere, el agua de la regadera no salió caliente.
