My room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious. Excellent hotel. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the parkade (for someone who has mobility issues and lugging bags).

“Room” for improvement
Computer problems plagued the check-in process. Coffee maker in one room didn’t work, TV in one of the 2 rooms I booked wasn’t operating either (remote didn’t work). My 94 yr old mother wasn’t comfortable complaining about it so she went without. I had no success either. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff at checkin and checkout were very friendly and professional.
