Customer service was great from the front desk to the dining staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Houeskeeping staff was friendly. Everything was great. Small note about the toilet/shower room, there was a puddle of water by the toilet when we arrived. Free adult beverage and breakfast were such a great perk!

Drury was great
The front desk check in was convenient and friendly. Isabel was very welcoming. The evening "kick-back" snacks were great. The construction on Sample Rd makes getting to the hotel difficult. It'll be better when it's done.

Great stay Always!
I can’t stress enough how friendly the entire staff members are at this location. We come twice a year and ALWAYS make sure we stay here. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, it’s close to Sea World & Universal Studios, and the Breakfast & Kickback meals are Amazing and plentiful. They give you so many different options to choose from. The managers are also so friendly and accommodating. Every time you pass one they way, greet us with the biggest smile, and if they have time, the income and chat asking us about our stay and what we’re doing. Our last night stay, while eating, the manager Jahvi (I’m not sure how to spell his name. I’m sorry.) chatted with us while we were enjoying our kickback and it was very enjoyable. Like I said in the beginning, I can’t say enough good things about the Drury Inn Suites here in Orlando. Thank you guys for such a great experience always.
