Brutal experience
They never answered the door. I stayed in Guelph. I want my money back plus reimbursement for going out of my way. I tried honking my horn and beating on the office door. Take this motel off your list.

The property was dirty, noisy, scummy - felt unsafe no secondary safety latch on door. The walk up the steps was my first indication the it was not going to be a comfortable stay (the indoor/outdoor carpet was worn, torn and the concrete under it was breaking away. The steps up to the second floor were unstable and was afraid that they were going to fall underneath me. No cups to make coffee for the morning in the room, freezer in fridge was so thick with ice that it wasn't working properly. There was no door seal so you could see daylight around the total door. Felt like I was staying in an apartment complex of individuals that had no other place to go. Also felt that I had to take everything with me and not leave anything in the room when I was gone as I was afraid that it would have been stolen. Had no WIFI for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed and they weren't concerned about the guests and gave no indication as to when it would be fixed. I was there on business and needed the internet to conduct my daily tasks. Will NOT EVER stay there or recommend to anyone to stay there.

Decent room. However, the room was dirty as our feet got sticky. The mattress sheet had not been washed.

One bed was not comfortable to sleep on. The spring was damaged and was slanting towards a side. The price mentioned in the site was under 95 cad. But they charged me around 138 cad for this mediocre room. Never gonna stay there again

Don't go here
The room had about a half dozen house flies flying around in it. Had trouble catching them as the Superior Room with kitchennete came with literally nothing in the cupboards (see attached pics). I asked the office for a vacuum so I can catch the flies, all they could produce was a vintage metal vacuum from the 50's era that was so dusty it didn't look like it had been used in 20 years. It was a very heavy upright vacuum that was usable to swing around in the air to catch flies. So I asked for a newspaper. Then I got killing the flies. The more I killed, the coming from somewhere, I could not find what hole they were coming in from. The place was dirty, came with nothing in kitchenette and the rack had no hangers for hanging coats/clothes. Worst motel I've ever been to (in Canada). App is not letting me post pictures. Interesting.

The room was filthy dirty. I have pictures the laundry room was filthy I have pictures. The washroom. Was filthy. I have pictures the fridge was filthy. I have pictures. The front window was filthy I have pictures. The entire room was rotten dirty. My wife and I tried every place we could find but could not find an available place to move to so we used 6 rolls of paper towels and 2 packs of 35 disinfectant wipes and it was still dirty. It was advertised as stove top and all utensils provided. But there was none there it was almost an issue to get towels and toilet paper !!!!’n if I lived for 2 lifetimes I would never stay here again. Not even if I was paid to stay there I am requesting partial return of my money because it was not what was advertised
