When we showed up to check in the gentleman said that there are kids there so he will put us on the top floor so we dont hear the kids playing in the pool. We appreciated the thought and enjoyed our stay.

Not like any other Country Inn we've visited!
The carpeting in the room was stained in a few large places. The sheer curtain had a large tear (8" wide) and a small tear (2" wide) in it. The bathroom tile and caulking was dirty. An electrical outlet had the cover plate removed, a 3-way adapter plugged into it and had 3 wires plugged into the adapter. The wash clothes in the bathroom were stained. The main elevator carpeting was filthy dirty and the walls and door were smeared up and had fingerprints everywhere inside the elevator. However, the breakfast was very good.

The front desk wiped down the area whenever anyone checked in—but the stairs were filthy and the hallways as well. He handed you the towels when you checked in—super tiny towels and got the impression to not ask for more than what you received. Definitely needs an overhaul.

Disgusting do not stay at this hotel
Terrible terrible terrible.!!! The beds were disgusting and very uncomfortable! I thought they were bedbugs because I was itching the whole night! The temperature in the room was so humid it was like you were camping. Disgusting! The carpet hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom had a ton of damage the hallways have not been vacuumed. In a very long time there’s trash all over under the staircase. When we checked in nobody was at the check-in and some random guy came down from upstairs with no shoes on who apparently is living there. He didn’t say anything, and then just stared at us what a weirdo. The lobby was a total mess. There’s a There’s a ton of smoke detectors just laying in a pile. Will you check in hopefully they’re on fire. Absolutely disgusting do not stay at this hotel. I cannot say it enough to not stay here.

We didn’t stay as the elevator was broken and I couldn’t go up and down the stairs as our room was on the third floor. The clerk was gracious and refunded our money back to us. He said the elevator went out that morning and was very apologetic.

When we checked in, the front desk person walked us to our room, gave us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2,people! The drape was hanging down and he turned the TV on and said not to turn it off just turn the volume down or he would have to come back and re-turn it back on. Window was fogged up or dirty, not sure which. Also the elevator was out of order, I would think that would be some sort of fire code violation. The hotel, I didn’t feel was up to Country inn and Suites name.

Many amenities were not available this weekend. The elevator is broken, pool was closed, broken ac units and curtain rods were store under the stairs. Multiple windows in common areas had torn screens. Our bathroom had floor tiles that were broken and unsafe. The floor near the toilet is slanting and we were given towels from the front desk but not enough to cover the people staying in the room. This location seems to be in disarray compared to other Country Inn and Suites I have stayed in.

The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Instead of the top sheet being under the duvet on one of the beds, it was on top of everything. The mattress pad was hanging down. It was a mess. We had to ask for a second roll of TP. The card-lock on the back door of the hotel, just steps from our door, did not work. Anyone could come in or out. The fellow who checked us in and handed us gray towels was surly. I stayed here 2 yrs ago. It was fine then. Never again.
