Too expensive for what I received.
Not so good. Room wasn’t matching expectations, the smell of humidity was strong bad. The water of the pool was very cold, the kids couldn’t enjoy as much as expected. The restaurant prices were too much expensive. The lady on the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I’m not happy, I feel that I paid an expensive price for what I received. My kids are two and four years old and they couldn’t enjoy their vacations.

Please read reviews before booking here
The water park and the arcade was great, but other than that everything was bad. The room was very musty and moldy smelling, AC was set at 68 but never got below 70. Our towels were “clean” but had a ton of hair on them. Blow dryer was broken…when we tried to use our in room phone to call the front desk all we got was the busy tone all day and all night. Breakfast was mediocre. It was almost impossible to get seconds due to the long line. The organizational layout of the breakfast was terrible. Most likely will never return.

Loved the pool, guest services was lacking
What we loved- the main swimming pool was warm, plenty of seating, pots of towels, and cute food truck. Staff was super friendly, the ice cream shop was wonderful with excellent service! What was disappointing: Rooms are outdated and walls had no noise insulation- could hear everything in adjoining rooms very clearly. Had to ask for clean bedding and took 3 hours to get any after calling guest services over and over with no answer for 30 minutes. Had to ask for coffee another morning and once again couldn’t get through, then had to wait over 40 minutes. Waterpark was frigid cold water.

Bad Experience
Checked in around 9pm - first room had a horrible musty smell - moved to room #2 and no smell but found 3 live roaches - room #3 ac didnt get above 77 degrees to the point there was moisture on the floors in the morning - needless to say i cancelled the remaining days I had booked. Management did cancel remaining days but I was still charged $160 for my night of hell moving 2 kids and luggage to 3 seperate rooms.

Consolidated Review - No need to scroll down : )
BLUF - Reviews on this place are all accurate if you are psyched to use the pools/ slides then you will put up with everything else. If you are 50/50 or don't care about the pools/ slides then stay elsewhere. - Yes the rooms are very musty smelling even in the "tower". - Yes the rooms are all old school motel dated. - Yes the resort fee is a bit much if you don't make good use of the pools. There are no heaters so was very cold in all of them in late Feb even in mid 70s. Only could tolerate the one basic pool and cycle with the hot tub but obviously is probably way different in the summer. - Yes the bedding was missing for the pull out couch so double check before you go to bed especially with kids. - Yes they try to sell you a timeshare at the concierge desk. - Yes they have a Starbucks on site which is convenient. I would probably not stay here again given the price/ value until the rooms are updated as I would recommend further down Int Dr closer to the parks with a basic pool and nicer rooms.

Its ok, not great but not horrible
Hotel is very dated, a room a family member stayed in smelled like mildew very badly. The rooms were clean though, minus the windows looking out were nasty. The food choices are mediocre, ok if you dont want to leave hotel. Starbucks is only open until noon, and water park is not open late either. staff are very friendly. Bus to PARKS is ridiculous, unsafe and would not recommend. Location is nice with how close it is to everthing.

2/10 Poor

Zero stars
Unfortunately, My family and I will not be returning to this establishment for any future vacations. After a 2-hour wait for check-in because of a "system error" you would think common courtesy would be to explain where your room is, and how to open the door. After finally finding our room it would not work, however, I did not know to turn the handle up. That simple sentence, "thank you for staying with us, your room is this direction, and when you get there turn the handle up" would have made sense from a hospitality standpoint after having a customer wait 2 hours for check-in. The room reeked of mildew and mold, The bathroom floor had garbage on it, and the sink faucet was so far back that it was impossible to use it properly. The stench in the room left all of my family sick. The property reserves the right to shut down the water park at any time, which is fine, however, on the days that it's open they only have half of it open at a time. So if you have small children that can't go on the big slides, you're going to sit and watch during the rotation back to the little slides, which in all reality is a terrible setup. On top of all that, the shops and other eateries within the hotel apparently have their own hour set up and clothes earlier than stated in the welcome pathlets in the room. Skip the breakfast buffet, because it should be included with the room and be labeled a continental breakfast. $20 per person is outrageous. Plan your hotel stay somewhere

Don’t bother
This was basically a motel with an outside pool. The bathroom was falling apart and rusty. The beds were super uncomfortable and no one ever answered when we called the front desk to simply ask for a blanket for the pullout couch. We clearly stated how many would be staying in the room upon booking and a blanket and pillow should have been in there already.!

Desperately needs updating
I read the reviews that said that the tower was in better shape than the other buildings, so I booked a room in the tower. It was not good. I will not be staying there again. The room smelled awful. Damp and dingy. We’ve stayed at several other waterpark hotels and none of them smelled this bad. Old textured walls and ceilings made the room feel dark and outdated. The main light switch controlled the tv, microwave and refrigerator… so if you want the lights off, everything else would turn off at the same time. The park itself was a lot of fun… but if we ever go back for the park we’ll be staying elsewhere.
