Kinda disappointing…

Family of 5, 2 Adults, 2 adult sized teens and an 10 year old. Our plane was delayed 2 hours and so we got to the hotel at 2:00am. They didn’t have our room for 5 ( fold out couch), even though I had called twice that day to tell them we would be checking in late. I had already paid for the room, and the front desk didn’t offer anything helpful, just we can’t guarantee rooms after midnight. 2 queen beds weren’t going to cut it. I asked for another room ($99) that he said I would have to talk to the manager about in the morning about compensation. Not what you want to hear at 2:00 am . Hotels.com stepped up and was very helpful with that and it was taken care of. Thank you! Also, we left the theme park 3 hours early one day to go back to enjoy the water park just to come find they had closed the big slide (the part my teens/kids wanted to do) so that was disappointing. The paper said open until 8:00, and the part for toddlers was open, but we would have stayed at the park longer if we had known the outdoor portion was closed. It wasn’t because of weather, and there were a lot of people around, so it was disappointing.

When I arrived after 4 p.m . My room wasn't ready and I had to wait other 1 hours for my room. Then my riom door didnt close completely itself. After returning from a day out. My room has been serviced but the door was open. I reported the concern to the front office. She say maintenence was contacted, but no one every came to fix the door.

Bedding and room smell

Everything was good except the bed was really uncomfortable due to wear and squeaked everytime you turned. Had to ask for extra blankets to lay on bed for padding. Asked for extra pillows but they didn't have any. Also room had a bad musty smell.

Already booked our next vacation!

This was a spur of the moment trip and let me tell you, AMAZING! There was always seating by the pool. Always fresh towels available. The breakfast buffet was worth adding it into the room cost. Every night there was something going on for the kids to enjoy. And when they say "Quiet at 10" they absolutely mean it..crickets at 10 PM. Security at all times are walking around the 3 sections of the resort. Friendly and talkative. There are at least 10 restaurants WALKING DISTANCE from the hotel. A quickie mart across the street for snacks, drinks, suntan lotion, pool toys, all at a very reasonable price. Dunkin at the end of the parking lot that is open until midnight. My only complaint is there is no closet in the room or a place to hang cloths or hang bathing suits to dry out. Seriously consider this for a family vacation. Low key and you will not be disappointed.

What can i say about this hotel! I was skeptical at first because it was so very well priced, meaning the ridiculous prices you tend to find in hotels around orlando, specially for spring break. i thought it was going to be a mess. Because ive had prior experiences. But my son turned 13 and he is still a kid and he wanted something that had an arcade and a waterpark so i tried this hotel for the first time. I staued in a room right in front of the waterpark. What can i say they shut me up completely and utterly. It meat all my needs, my sons needs, and beyond. Customer service amazing from time you arrive to the time you leave. Cleanliness beyond awesome, just this morning i saw a gentleman preassure cleaning all the areas of the pools, the waterpark. Every afternoon when everyone leaves pool area they clean and leave everything spotless for tbe next day, I mean towels for the pool areas available all day around you dont have to run around asking for anything. Food is amazing in the breakfast buffet and the restaurant, close to everything. You really don't need to leave the hotel, you have everything there. The starbucks amazing. Will highly recommend it is kid and adult friendly. And the arcade wowww!! My son and i had a blast. Will definitely be staying often and soon. Stayed without words. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!
