Will NOT be returning.

We definitely won’t be back. We got To our room the first night and there was blood on the comforter. They did bring us a new one within a half hour. The room was not clean. You could see the dust all over everything. The room smelled extremely musty. One of the lamp shades looked like it had said in about 2 inches of water it stained the entire way around. The balcony view is of some kind of construction not my idea of a balcony view. You don’t get any fitted sheets so the sheet come right off the bed and you keep having to tuck them in even through the night. The air conditioner made a loud squealing noise every time it turned on or off that last about 15 seconds and woke you up in the middle of the night. The pull out sofa bed mattress was dirty. There were only 2 handicap parking spots for a building of 40 rooms which made things challenging. The pools were beautiful so no complaint there but I definitely won’t return. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and I have stayed in cheaper hotels and villas that took better care of the rooms. Oh and if you have a car you will be charged $25 per night per car to park there on top of the room rate. Absolutely ridiculous!

Wouldn’t give pool side service despite it being before 6pm when it said it was available. Wouldn’t bring food to the pool in the morning as well
