San Giovanni

San Giovanni puts you at the pulsing heart of Renaissance Florence, where the magnificent Duomo's dome dominates the skyline. Cobblestone streets lead to artistic treasures and historic wonders at every turn. The Baptistery's golden mosaics and Giotto's soaring bell tower offer breathtaking views that transport you through centuries of Florentine history. Traditional trattorias serve authentic Tuscan cuisine between shopping adventures along Via dei Calzaiuoli. Historic palazzos converted into charming hotels provide the perfect base for exploring this pedestrian-friendly district. The early morning hours reveal the neighborhood's true magic before the crowds arrive.

Santa Croce

Santa Croce captivates visitors with its magnificent basilica housing the tombs of Michelangelo and Galileo. Medieval lanes buzz with artisan workshops where skilled craftspeople hammer leather into timeless treasures. The neighborhood's Renaissance palaces and Gothic architecture tell Florence's artistic story at every turn, while the lively Piazza Santa Croce pulses with local energy. Traditional osterie serve hearty Tuscan cuisine alongside trendy wine bars throughout this walkable district. Most attractions sit within a 10-minute stroll of each other, though cobblestone streets can be uneven. Evening aperitivo culture thrives as the piazza comes alive with conversation and clinking glasses.

Santa Maria Novella

8/10 Good
"The property has an excellent location, right between the train station and the Duomo. All major attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than what you typically find in European hotels. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to keep you satisfied until lunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. I would certainly visit again. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "
