Very clean hotel. The location is so convenient if you do not rent a car, there is a Panera, Starbucks, TGI Fridays, Buffalo Wild Wings, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and a CVS all literally steps away from the hotel. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again for sure!

Overall very good except humidity.
Facility is at convenient location, dinning options and pharmacy a few steps away, with shuttle service to three parks, just keep in remind that bus also pick up and drop off guests from several hotels. Facility is very clean. Hot breakfast is included which is great bonus. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Room has very good view of the park and plenty of drawers and shelves. I only wish humidity control and ventilation can be better, as the room always feel damp (maybe that is a common problem of Orlando?), no matter we choose fan or cooling, and has a slight smell. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel overall
The hotel is beautiful & clean. The staff was very nice. Three dislikes were: the pool was extremely cold all days there no matter the time of day/night, the shower was lukewarm and sometimes cold so we took a lot of cold or lukewarm showers. We never was able to take a hot shower. Lastly the beds, aren’t the most comfortable to us.

We had three days in Orlando with our nine year old grand daughter. We enjoyed the pool as well as the excellent breakfast. The room (331) was perfect for us, it was big, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, considering how busy the hotel was.

All good. I like it. Nice basic hotel. Stayed many times in the past. A lot ..! Not anymore ..... THEY CHARGED $30 PER NIGHT PER CAR and i had my reservation paid by the company ..!! I had to pay from ny pocket. ! This is un-aceptable. They have tons of space and all hotels in orlando has free parking less the superfancy with cover garages. On top of they warned you are NOT responsible for your car ...! Or porperties. And the parking is next to a main public road. At the end the stay ended up like a way better hotel.

The Hotel advertises that there are ADA lift chairs for the pool. They have them but they do not opwrate amd are in Disrepair. When spoke to the front desk they advised that maintenance would look at them. Stayed at the hotel for a week and the chair was never fixed. I book hotels that allow for me a double amputee to share comfort with my family. I was unable to use the pool with my family. Speaking with the front desk they showed bo urgency to fix the problem or care about my situation.
