This is a great little hotel, super conveniently located right next to Roppongi station and also walking distance to many cool places. For Tokyo the rooms are a good size and it’s clean and quiet. I’d stay again.

Hotel is convenient to the train station and it’s easy to find. It’s close to the popular sites such as Azabudai Hills (teamLabs), Roppongi Hills, NACT. It’s convenient to hop on the train to get to Nakameguro as well! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve always chosen to come back here whenever I drop by in Tokyo. The open-air bath is great place to unwind after a long day and it’s located near a station for ease of commuting via the Hibiya and Oedo Lines. A shoutout to the staff who attended to my panic call for something which I left in the room when I checked out. I’m just so glad that it was found and returned back to me.

Family of 4 from Seattle, WA. We love this hotel!! This is the 3rd times we stay at Roppongi location. We also stayed at Shimbashi in 2019. Candeo at Shimbashi is also good but smaller breakfast area. We chose Candeo Roppongi because the sky spa. After long walk/ shopping in Tokyo, it was the quickest (4 people shower in one bathroom can take awhile) and the most relaxing. If you are complaint about the small bathroom, you are totally missing out. We also love the breakfast. We stayed there for 3 nights both japanese and european food. My kids ate a lot. =) The location is also convenience, during the jetlag, we walked and shop at Don Don Donki nearby (open 24 hours). We also love Roppongi Christmas street, beautiful lights. If your kids are older than 12, they are consider adult, so we have two rooms for dad mom and teenagers. We will come back for sure, highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay while in Tokyo. Great location near train station. Included breakfast well worth the price and delicious. Natto and homemade tofu were awesome. Rooftop Onsen fabulous with view of Tokyo tower. Will stay again!

I did like the location it was central to the train station and walking distance to sites to see. But that is about it. I was a long term stay 8 days Staff were not well versed for international travelers. When you were done with your day entertainment in room was limited to only Japanese stations on TV and not a lot. It was not even a smart TV. You can not make an outside call - PERIOD. Room service was limited and speratic. The room itself has no place to hang or store cloths. It is that small and although one of few to offer a king size bed. That was all you had room for. For the price paid it was over rated and I can not in good concious recommend this property. When I return I will make sure to avoid this for my next Tokyo long stay.
