"We had high hopes for this hotel due to its eco-friendliness claims and the cost. But it was well below our expectations. The room was tiny, like a low budget hotel, with absolutely no facilities such as a kettle etc. Having ‘free drinks’ downstairs in the lobby just meant a whole waste of cups for any drink, even water. The rooftop cafe bar was also pretty disappointing.
The only positives were the staff, who were great, and the location for the park, restaurants and train station."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Lovely fresh orange juice, cold meats , some cooked items and lots of breads and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"A very pleasant one night stay on the journey from Santander to the Costa Blanca. Hotel was modern, clean and well located next to retail park with lots of eating options. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary bottle of carva on arrival was a very nice touch.

The breakfast was very good, even with vegetarian requirements and a dairy allergy. Staff were very helpful and they had electric car chargers and free parking. Nice location and a lovely plant based restaurant (even for meat eaters) down the road as well. Recommended as a reasonable priced place to stay in the capital close to the park and the airport"

I loved that we could walk up and down the stairs so easily to get to the lobby. The breakfast on the rooftop was fabulous too. "Wonderful hotel, polite and very helpful staff, ultra clean and comfortable room. The room was really roomy for an European hotel, and the bathroom was modern and everything worked! It is across the street from the Atocha train station so we easily found it after our ride from Barcelona. Great location, too, since it is very close to the Prado Museum and the large Retiro park."
