Lots of issues
We travel weekly for our travel softball team. This is by far the WORST hotel stay I have ever had. Our door lock did not work, it was "replaced" however keys have to constantly be replaced. We get to our room late at night after a long day at the ball field and have to go back downstairs to the front desk. The breezeway smell of a strong stench of marijuana. Our room was never "cleaned" interior the four days we were there. We did not have enough towels. The hotel forced me to transfer funds and would not take my business credit card because my personal name was not on it (old card) and I was told it was "policy". To make matters worse, we heard constant horror stories from other families who were also staying there about how dirty rooms were, including with feces and mold. The hotel was fully booked so we could not get another room. When management was finally available (she was out for two days), she informed us how sorry she was but argued that she could not give us a refund because Hotels.com has my money.
