The staff was exceptional the air conditioned rooms were comfortable the views were Amazing its definitely a wonderful hotel in the heart of Vancouver the valet service was exceptional and prompt with my vehicle definitely 5 star hotel .

The hotel was nice and restful, I really enjoyed my stay. It was not perfect - there was a flickering light in my room and they forgot to give me a breakfast coupon even when I asked them about breakfast a few times and I had to run back and forth to get it but over all, I would recommend staying at the Sheraton Vancouver, the rooms are nice and spacious with a gorgeous view
