So Disappointed!
They say your get what your pay for. Not the best choice I've made. The lobby was welcoming, at all, the mattress was hard, the shower head had more water on the floor than inside the tub. Make sure you wear slippers or something, I don't think they care too much about clean floors, even with no carpet. Convenience was the best part, right across from ICON Park, that's it. Won't be staying there again.

Theft
Horrible experience. More than 40 minutes to check in, there was no room in the parking lot. The place was dirty, as if abandoned and with elevators malfunctioning. The room had a bad smell, the door had trouble locking. Inside there were broken walls, light bulb connections without bulbs. The people in the next room made a lot of noise and called the office many times with no answer. Definitely a terrible night. I got to the room at 3am and left at 7am. And I paid $150 for a night to not sleep and feel insecure.

The hotel is in a really bad condition overall.. inside room very old and uncomfortable beds.. the AC or Heater was not properly working and had a big noise.. it was impossible to sleep with it on… In general not a good place to stay .. as a platinum member of hotels.com always i get free upgrades and more benefits.. nothing was offered to me .

Like why
This was the worst experience by far no one was at the desk. Our door would not shut. We thought we were in fear for our lives. Maybe we really were the people there were mean and weren’t understanding the bathroom in the walls were disgusting. I wouldn’t let my grandmother stay there. There was pee stains on the sheets like seriously pee stains that is so embarrassing

Ok but don’t stay
The location is wonderful. It’s directly across the street from Icon Park. There are numerous restaurants and fun places within walking distance. The cons: Hotel has seen better days. The outside leaves something to de desired. Paint chipping, cracks in exterior walls. The elevators were dirty. Parking is horrible at night. Cleanliness was non existent. We found long black hairs in the shower and on the sink. Then one of the beds have a large stain that went thru the sheets down to the mattress…..guess no one changed the sheets…NASTY!

Disaster Stay
Do not recommend. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn’t checked us in because their system were down. Didn’t know when systems were coming back online. Finally after 20 minutes they were able to check us in around 6:30pm and they issued us room 205. When we got to the room the room was not cleaned from the previous renters. Then, they moved us to room 206. Upon inspection, I discovered one of the bed’s sheet had blood stains. I complained with front desk and was told housekeeping has to work with the items they had. They then moved me to another room and when I asked what they are going to do for all the inconvenience I incurred their answer was “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do except to move you to another room.” The other room was dusty and in bad condition. This hotel is an old building with outdated rooms, completely different from the photos posted in Hotels.com.
