Mala experiencia para No volver

El Hotel esta en remodelacion y las condiciones que ofrece son muy lamentables, areas sucias sin ser usadas en la remldwlacion, malos olores y suciedad por todo lado. No hay aervicio de habitacio y aunque lo solicite no se me dio y tuve que bajar a reclamarlo. Solo asi me lo dieron. Ademas la TV tuvo problemas y no supieron resolverlo y asi la dejaron por el resto de la semana, no les preocupo solventar el problema. Las habitaciones tiene cucarachas, y nonle prestan atencion a esta parte de la limpieza. Tuve que solicitar canastas para la basura ya que tampoco habia en la habitacion.

Hotel under renovation - not ready for guests

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, which were immediately apparent upon arrival. The reception area was cluttered with construction materials and covered in dust, creating an unwelcoming first impression. I had requested a room above the ground floor, and we were informed that the third floor was under renovation, so we would be accommodated on the second floor. However, it became evident that the second floor was also affected by construction work. The first room assigned to us was missing basic amenities such as towels, and the bathroom was visibly dusty. After raising our concerns with the staff, we were moved to another room. While this second room had towels available, it was still not properly cleaned — the floor and bathroom were dirty, there was no trash bin, and used packaging was left scattered around, suggesting the room had not been adequately prepared for new guests. The only redeeming feature of our stay was the comfort of the beds, which provided a decent night’s sleep despite the surrounding conditions. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property until renovations are complete and proper cleaning standards are restored.

Disgust.

The first room was on the 3rd floor, it was disgusting. Wine bottles and lingerie boxes outside the room doors on the ground. The room had mold on the walls. The bed were disgusting. The bathroom was even worse. They did switch our room to a smaller redone room and while yes it was redone. There was still roaches in the bathroom and on the walls. There was no phone. There was no towels. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. The fire alarm went off at 430am. The workers in the morning were blaring music very early. Would never stay here again.

Clarion hotel never stay there

It is the worse stay ever, you change me the stay to that hotel, it was the worse hotel ever, people smoking marihuana on the floor next to their rooms, the closet was without paint, it was a disaster, you should take this hotel out of your site, I am a preferred customer and you put me in that crappy hotel, not happy at all.

What a mess

Room clearly had water damage with all throughout the room. There was corrosion and rust on all the metal fixtures. And to cap off my stay, when i went to gather my clothing from under the sink before leaving i found that the sink had been leaking and soaked everything. When I told yhe guy at the desk he kinda just shrugged it off and said, okay.

The pictures they have posted on the website are not the correct photos, the hotel is no longer a red roof inn and Floor 2 is under construction and none of the photos match what we stayed at! There was roaches in our room, the walls was busted, there was rust and cracks everywhere,there was hair and dirt all in the bed, customer service was horrible everyone had attitudes and excuses, Don’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE

This was by far the worse hotel i have ever stayed in, as soon as you entered the building it smelled of mold and cigarettes. the room also smelled of cigarettes there was garbage everywhere the floors were filled with dirt the beds weren’t clean, and there were bugs in the light fixtures, the toilet was disgusting, there were roaches in the bathtub and all over the windows and floors. My mother got very sick after one night. Had to go to the er. we had to check out and leave after one night. The customer service representative on the other hand gave us a full refund. this place needs shutting down immediately.
