Had a great time here at Byron hotel! After having to switch hotels due to horrible conditions, Byron Hotel was a pleasant experience! The staff is super friendly and treat you well. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and was honestly perfect for me and my friend! The staff replied fast to any questions, such as needing more toilet paper - they were at the door 2 minutes after the request. The location is great, right next to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Only a 5 minutes (or less) walk to the underground that will take you anywhere in London! Very happy with the stay, and will definitely be back if I ever come back to London. Cheap price for a very good hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Half a block to Hyde Park and multiple tube stops. It’s on a quiet street but two blocks over had excellent shopping and food options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. They had both full English and continental breakfast available and both were plentiful and good.

I travelled from Canada and was exhausted. Walked around the London parks then returned to the hotel to see if I could hang out in the lobby as it was very hot outside. Shortly after sitting down the hotel staff so kindly let me check in early when the room was ready. The room itself was everything I needed as a solo traveller. Thanks! Would stay again.

We were pleasantly pleased with the comfort of the beds and bedding in our room. The room was smaller than what we are used to, but it was still comfortable, clean, and cool. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park. There are also subway stations close by. The location and the place is great. It had everything for the stay. The place is clean and the staff are attentive especially at the breakfast. The breakfast is good with both hot and cold variety. We stayed in room 208 and the air conditioning was working well but made a constant noise spoiling the sleep. 4/5 stars because of the AC noise.
