It good enjoy the stay
Dirty dirty rooms. Floors heavily stained. Mold in shower/tubs. Dusty. Put away all dishes from prior customer.
I loved the property, there was nothing that I disliked
Checking in was a nightmare because Expedia didn't process the correct dates. After that crisis, we got to our 77 degree room and unpacked. I asked about why the ac wasn't cooling but was reassured it takes time. After almost 2 hours and having maintenance come, there was a problem with the compressor so i had to pack everything back up and move to another room. Dishes were all in the dishwasher and I didn't know if they were clean and there was no dishwasher detergent. Everything was sticky but i brought my own Clorox wipes snd lysol so it wasn't a huge deal now that i had air conditioning. The breakfast was hit or miss. On our second day the eggs had so much cheese in them, they were inedible. Their "social hours" in the evening were nice but again with hit or miss mediocre food. Out of 4 nights, I only came back to a maid cleaned room once. Every other day i had to call and request trash pick up and turn down services. The only top notch thing I can compliment this property on is the staff. Always smiling and very accommodating to our many problems. The staff actually made our trip in regards to this hotel. So much so that I might actually consider staying again, if only for the friendly and kind faces.
dont get me wrong i love this hotel but they messed up when i had to pay a holding fee that was almost double of what my room cost..i had so much planned that day until they told me i had to pay fkr my room plus a even bigger payment for incidentals..i just didnt agree cause i did not bring that much and they never charged that much..so if u going to that hotel make sure u have over $300.
It was okay. My daughter liked it. The staff was friendly and they gave us water bottles and a snack when we checked in
Disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Pictures online were way better than actuality. We had 5 rooms and some outside doors did not lock, Kitchen barely had supplies, rooms need updates. The shower head was nice and bathroom sink looked new. Furniture was stained and legs were loose. Disappointed out of 5 rooms, only 2 were next to each other. Location was difficult to get around as it’s off a busy one-way highway.
There are no elevators for elderly, but that was not the most disappointing. The rooms had filth, dust on fan blades, dust caked in registers and hair on counters, drawers and floors from prior guests. We only had one extra towel (1) 1st night and no extra toilet paper (small used roll), 1 soap bar for a weeks stay. Day 2 ALL extra soap, toilet paper, towels and wash clothes were removed. When asked to correct issues it's almost like housekeeping retaliated. Then we got 1 small cheap 1 ply toilet paper roll for 3 guests & one night came back from an exhausting day at the hospital to find the beds was unmade, towels, hand towels, wash clothes ALL on the floor and damp. We called the front desk for replacements & to inform. She confirmed cleaning should have been done that day and then actually said, "we don't have any extra towels." What? Yes, that was her words. A hotel without extra towels. How would Housekeeping replace towels the next morning. The ONLY reason this hotel got as high of a score as I gave them because there was one guy, Ryan, at the front desk & one guy (didn't get his name) picking up plates on Tuesday night dinner & the maintenance man who replaced our none working phone, non working burner & replaced burnt out lights in a otherwise dark room, with their customer service, they get it. The rest we encountered - not Homewood Suites quality. FYI, don't retaliate against guests who are ultimately insuring you a job because they stay at "YOUR" place.
We 1st checked into room 429. The room smelled BADLY of mold/ mildew. They moved us to room 202. I stepped on the transition between the bedroom + bath and got a nail in my foot. Matress was worn out and sagged so badly my wfe and i got up and left hotel. We have always loved Homewood Suites, but this property is older and needs SIGNIFICANT work to come up to Homewood standards.
Needs updated. Carpet is terrible. The faucet is falling off I’m shower. Floor in kitchen has planks that are not even attached.
