Traditional meyhanes serve meze platters alongside rooftop restaurants with stunning Bosphorus views. Getting around is a breeze with metro stations at Sishane-Zemin, Tophane, and Karakoy Tünel. Stay in boutique hotels housed in restored Ottoman buildings for a truly authentic Istanbul experience.

Kadıköy

Cosmopolitan and bustling, this area boasts numerous bars, cinemas, and bookshops, as well as diverse dining options and shopping centers like Tepe Nautilus. Explore historic sites, Süreyya Opera House, and enjoy walkable paths along the seafront.

Getting around is simple with the nearby Maçka and Taşkışla cable car stations connecting you to greater Istanbul. Luxury boutique hotels and apartments dominate the accommodation scene, offering modern amenities with sophisticated Turkish design touches.

Haggle for treasures in the labyrinthine Grand Bazaar, where shopkeepers pour apple tea while displaying wares with theatrical flair. Topkapi Palace reveals Ottoman opulence through jewel-encrusted artifacts and harem quarters where sultans once ruled. Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

10/10 Excellent
"So the Hotel and the staff for excellent. The only advice I have to travel is going to Istanbul is to be able to access Google Maps on their cell phones. A lot of the iPhones that people use do not have a SIM card so therefore they cannot access a Google Maps while they’re walking around the city. They will have to go to a telephone store and actually have Internet connected to their cell phone so they could use the Google Maps. Otherwise, the whole stay at the hotel the staff and the room was really exceptional. Thank you."

10/10 Excellent
"Everything and everyone was incredible at the hotel from the staff and amenities. The only problem with this hotel is the soccer stadium directly next to it. My cab couldn’t get through and dropped me off at the bottom of the hill and I had to walk which is fine only then the police wouldn’t let me pass on foot either. I walked around the back side and was lumped into a massive crowed of rabid soccer fans. Reaching the other side of the stadium I again was told no I couldn’t pass and had to beg the police to let me pass and they escorted to the back entrance. Just take a look at whoever plays at this stadium before booking. Also the game went late and you could hear the screaming for hours. This issue isn’t with the hotel or the staff because again they were all remarkable"
