Great location, great price. Usually, I find it funny when people write terrible reviews for a really cheap hotel. This place was seriously disgusting though. Hallways stunk like cigarette smoke, and the floors were badly stained all over the place.

Great location- steps from subway. Good price with a good breakfast. The room was small but well appointed and comfortable. I’ve stayed here before and will again. 1/2 block from Central Park and around the block from great dining & shopping in upper west side

Location and night staff were the best thing about the hotel. The night staff were attentive and very nice. Can't say the same about the girl manning the front desk and the woman who yelled at guest to clear out the breakfast room. The bedroom was sufficient, but I had concerns about what looked like mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The window unit was not working, so no heat. The brought up a portable heater, which kept the room somewhat warm. I don't think I would stay here again, but if you need a last-minute affordable hotel, this may work for you.

Small clean room but got the job done ! Smallest elevator I have ever seen. May fit 4 people and 4 small luggage’s so the wait for the elevator was painfully long and Very tight but I would still stay there, super close to the parade viewing !

It’s a good location other then that it’s an older building limited breakfast tv did not work in the room unfortunately which if in the middle of New York not a big deal bathroom had a recent water damage so other then a good location

I'm sorry to say that my family were disappointed. We knew that we were not staying in a premium hotel, but the room was cramped and uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but not great, and the breakfast room was like a sauna. A great location, but we will not stay here again.

The location is very good. The hotel is quite old, but clean. The only elevator was sometimes broken. The room is so small that there is no place for chairs. There is no single hook even in the bathroom. Service is ok, but a couple of times they made beds with too small sheets, that doesn’t cover the blanket. The breakfast is eatable but very poor, every day the same, I hardly found anything to eat
