The staff were amazing. There is construction on the exterior of the building for the “inside” rooms so be aware. It did not affect me as it is only from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm and I was not in my room during this time. The beds are plush the amenities are very nice, much better than I have seen lately at most hotels. Attention to detail is definitely something they pride themselves in. I will definitely stay here again.

Room service was timely and good. The room was very clean. Being very picky here, the chairs in the living area needed to be updated. Everything about this stay was truly wonderful up until about 10:00 am the day of check-out. I left from 8:00 - 10:00 am to go tour the flower district and came back to a room literally filled with smoke. I called the front desk, they came immediately, and I left. I received no follow up or apology until I left a personal review note for the hotel. They then did apologize and offered a complimentary night if I were to return. I am afraid that I won't be returning, because it was a little scary. Hopefully they will get their furnace, or whatever, fixed before someone wakes in the middle of the night to a room filled with smoke. Great size and location.
