We arranged to have our room cleaned on a particular day and when we returned the room had not been touched. Also, the noise from the traffic at night made sleep impossible. The breakfast was adequate.

I liked the comfortable bed I didn’t like that my room was only cleaned twice for the four days and three nights that I was there. My tv didn’t work the entire time that I was there. I couldn’t use the phone to call the receptionist, it’s like they blocked my line. They couldn’t give me a fair accommodation.

Decent hotel
Decent hotel in decent area, across from Haynes Mall, but it is an older hotel with some issues. Our first room had tv issues, our second room had a ceiling leak and the water pressure was awful weak. Beds are ok but not as comfortable as i like. Breakfast is good, has eggs, bacon , sausage, and more. I wont be staying again but it was decently clean, and friendly employees.

I wasn’t impressed with the person at check in. If it hadn’t been for her, I would have given it five stars. The room had a big bathroom counter, nice fluffy towels, and I used the body wash rather than my own. The toiletries were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a k cup type coffee maker. The breakfast had many choices including scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausage. I enjoyed the check out. The clerk at the desk, Rene was so pleasant. I would definitely give him five stars. When you stay, look for Reme, he is very friendly and willing to help.
