Great central location, 23rd street subway station with minutes access to anywhere for $3 each. Super easy to use. It had a clean room and decent, filling breakfast. 3 hot food choices every morning that rotate day by day. Very American and enough to get your day started with the fresh coffee. Unfortunately my stay was just okay. I had to request new towel and wash cloth sets due stains. Housekeeping ended up bringing me yet another stained set. Finally the last set I received, I just chose the best looking towel and wash cloth for use. The tv remote was missing from my room but maintenance did bring it up for me. Overall the hotel definitely could use upgrades. The front desk staff was helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. If you’re not planning to spend much time in the room, and just looking for a reasonable price and place to rest it’s okay.
