Positives: The staff was excellent. Particularly, Wilma was outstanding. She was pleasant, accommodating, responsive, and helpful.

Sep 16, 2026The Facts: Convenient location, No Elevator. simple and very clean. Very effective AC and not bad for water pressure considering it’s 5th floor.
My Opinion: a Fifth floor walk up is rough with luggage. The bed was not comfy, nor were the pillows. It’s NYC so of course there is noise (not the hotels fault!) but I’d say the noise was above average for a hotel or even an apartment. It was as if my window was open even though it was not. The lock on the door worked, however it was clear it needed a bit of tightening up as it seemed like it was moving?
If you just need a crash pad, perfect option. If you need something more comfy, this isn’t the spot for you.

I rated the amenities a single star out of 5 since there is no ice available for guests, and you service your own room with trash removal and linen service. The largest issue was the fact that the room was so small that you could barely walk around the queen sized bed. You will be hard pressed to find a place to put your luggage,
