Lovely room, had a lovely nights sleep, room could do with a little updating especially the bathroom. Great selection at breakfast and very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

It was the overall look and feel of the hotel that was not very impressive, the vibe was giving dive and not clean. Even though I stayed in a single room the bathroom was not giving, very dissoppointed and not what I expected for Earls Court, Llondon. Would never stay here again, very over priced for what it was, I would have muched preferred had I known to have booked an Air BnB for the extra money to rough it is not my idea of money well spent.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and there were several things I truly appreciated. The location was excellent, just 10–20 minutes from central London, and the area around the hotel offered plenty of great shops and conveniences. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu had several nice options to choose from.
There were, however, a few areas where the experience could be improved. The room felt a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow at times. The TV often lagged, which affected the viewing experience, and the room didn’t fully match the photos online. Additionally, the bathtub, fridge, and hairdryer were rather worn and could use some refreshing to create a more comfortable atmosphere.
Despite these points, I still enjoyed my stay, and with a few updates, the hotel has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable and comfortable experience. I would be happy to return in the future.

I stayed three times in this hotel. It is my favourite place in London. Rooms are tight but OK.
