The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up to a king on request.



The gas fireplace will keep you warm and cosy during the cool winter months and there area also individual heaters in each bedroom and under floor tile heating in each bathroom.



There is a combo washer/dryer available inside the apartment for use during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests access via a secure building and lock box located outside the apartment. The instructions will be sent to you 3 days out from your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Riverside Penthouse apartment is located in Arthurs Point which is a short drive into downtown Queenstown. This is a residential area that has some local options for dining (Canyons Brewery, Raku Pizza, Broken Heart Gin Cafe) a bowling alley (inside the Swiss Bel Resort opposite the apartment complex) and the Onsen Hot Pools (right next door)



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to see all the local attractions and is an easy drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. There is a bus right outside the complex that can take bikes and cost just $2 per trip with a GO card. These can be purchased from the main bus stop in Queenstown.

It is also worth noting that a lot of local tourist activities will pick up you from this area (bike and winery tours, ski shuttles, rafting etc)
