Early check in 10/10 check in assistant 10/10 nice executive room 8/10 tv in room load of channels 10/10 no sleep button and the volume only went down to 9? 5/10 shower in bathroom was the worst I've had 1/10 bar area 8/10 breakfast was ok, no hash browns but instead potatoes which went cold quick and the orange juice/ squash was really awful so 6/10. quick check out 10/10 good location 8/10 no car parking but there is one only 5 minutes walk which was easy to use. 8/10

Hotel lovely, staff friendly, breakfast plenty of choice and very nice. Nice location. Beds rock hard felt like sleeping on a concrete slab, some pillows flat others hard as stone. Not a great night sleep, but a lovely hotel

We stayed on the 18th January and the gentlemen that was on reception gave us a very warm welcome, was very polite and gave us all the information that we needed. The room and facilities was very nice, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was quite dated compared to the room itself, there was a stain on the shower curtain. Good value for money.

Reception check in disappointment :(
Great overall stay in good location. No free parking is always a drag. However, lots of paid for parking can be found. I used Your Parking app and found a space within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Check in wasn’t smooth even though I pre paid for 5 nights and completed the pre-registration online before my stay. Check in took over 20 mins while the receptionist kept repeating the check that I had indeed pre-paid! 4 other couples passed me with smooth check ins while I had to stand at the side and wait and wait! I think this is because I’m a young looking professional and the receptionist didn’t seem to believe me that I was who I said even though I had ID that matched the booking. This is a shame as I need hotel stays frequently. Apart from this issue, I loved my deluxe room and general hotel facilities. Food: I would wish to see more gluten free options available in the restaurant as I had to order from just eat each night and eat in my room which isn’t as relaxing as a meal in the restaurant after a days work.
