The pool was too cold :(
Other than the pool being too cold and not being able to tolerate it, the property was great. We did use the hot tubs and we tried to use the pool across the street, but it was pretty cold too. If you want a pool to swim in, I don’t recommend this hotel but if you’re just looking for a really nice Apartment style room, this was great.

Convenient, spacious and comfortable
Handy large apartments for a family trip! Very comfortable beds, and all the facility you need close by. A few minutes drive from many shops, restaurants and all the parks but peaceful and calm with lots of parking. Friendly staff and all we needed for a short stay. Would have been handy to have a bit more coffee, tea, mild and basic supplies in the apartment but easy enough to buy these nearby.

Decent but wouldn’t stay again
Overall we were not impressed with this hotel. We were located in building one which had a strong odor. They use a strong air freshener to cover up the unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, we had a two condo room. It was cold so we didn’t get to use the pool. The buildings were across a busy street so even if we wanted to use the pool we would need to drive our kids over there since that’s where the pirate ship pool was. The parking in building one was not great. We had to park in the back and bring our suitcases around to the front as there was no way to get into the building in the back. This hotel fell short. Luckily we spent the days at Disney so it didn’t matter too much.

Very nice stay
Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for us, and Angel, the bartender at the pool, was amazing. Not only was he patient and skilled with the drinks, but he made us feel so welcome at the pool!

Clean but dirty furniture
Our room was nice but the furniture was old and dirty. The room its self was very clean. I know because I took a wipe and wiped things down and there was no dirt. The furniture really needs cleaned bad. I did not even like sitting on the kitchen chairs and I never sat on the couch. The property was nice and the staff was friendly. I would not stay there again because of the dirty furniture and the carpet just looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time either.

Very good location
A good option for families to stay near Disney property. We got the 2 bedrooms/ 2 bath. Place was impeccably clean. Location is great. The pool looked fantastic but we didn’t have the chance to use it because the week we went was really cold (January). I didn’t give a 5 star mostly because the furniture in that room needs an update, mattresses need to be replaced for newer ones (they were clean but felt a bit worn out) so does the carpet not only in the room but hallways too. The 8th floor on building 3 smells like cigarettes and mold together, despite looking very clean. Bathrooms were clean and everything was working properly. Kitchen too.
