The room and bathroom were both much larger than I expected. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of extras in the room like popcorn and a coffee machine plus toiletries from Rituals. I had a lovely dinner from room service. There was plenty of choice and all allergy information was available for dinner and the breakfast. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.

Excellent hotel in a great neighbourhood, perfect breakfast and the staffs service was great, not just about the hotel but helping navigate the local area. There’s a bus stop just outside of reception and a tube/train station 300 meters away with full links to the whole of London and beyond. They even showed all World Cup match’s in the bar. We will definitely be returning, highly recommended.

Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Well designed and furnished public areas. Only hitches were difficulties adjusting the heating system in the room on arrival, and not being directed to the designated breakfast area in the morning - so waited in the dining area!
