The Clayton in Chiswick was perfect for our London stay! Our room was large and had a nice desk for my husband to get some work done. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and bright and the shower had amazing water pressure! The staff especially in the coffee bar area and restaurant so kind, polite and efficient! We will definitely stay here again on our next London trip!

Comfy hotel, close to the tube and with aircon in the room. Everything was great, but the room was a little weathered which let it down. Bed is comfy, shower runs strong and hot. So they are not deal breakers. It just feels more beat up that you would expect for a hotel of this sort.

The hotel was very conveniently situated for our trip to Kew Gardens, being just one stop away on the tube, and it was very handy to have secure onsite parking. We were very grateful to be able to check-in early, and the reception staff were very accommodating when we asked for a quiet room after finding out there was a function on at the hotel that night. I slept well and didn’t hear a thing! Our room was clean and tidy, but a little tired. Unfortunately there was very heavy rain during our stay which we assume was the cause of a small ingress of water into our bathroom. However, it wasn’t a major issue and the reception staff promised to take care of it when we reported it in the morning at check-out. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty; I was impressed that there was gluten free bread readily available with its own toaster at a separate station.

Arrived exhausted from a 10 hour long haul flight and kept awake most of the night with a function happening below us, with loud music blasting until 1 am. Called the front desk to complain and assured it would be quiet by midnight. This didn’t happen and instead the music continued for another hour. To the manger’s credit, he was apologetic the next day and compensated me for the incident. My advice would be to check if events are on during a stay, and request a room high up and away from the event space. Early check in will cost you an extra £20. Breakfast excellent. Chiswick is a cute town, with the hotel close to the Underground and Kew Gardens

Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel -the room was spacious and well maintained, the hotel is near a tube stop, a number of good restaurants within walking distance. My only slight complaint is with the breakfast, which was good but not great, and could have varied a bit more from day-to-day.

The room and bathroom were both much larger than I expected. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of extras in the room like popcorn and a coffee machine plus toiletries from Rituals. I had a lovely dinner from room service. There was plenty of choice and all allergy information was available for dinner and the breakfast. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.

Excellent hotel in a great neighbourhood, perfect breakfast and the staffs service was great, not just about the hotel but helping navigate the local area. There’s a bus stop just outside of reception and a tube/train station 300 meters away with full links to the whole of London and beyond. They even showed all World Cup match’s in the bar. We will definitely be returning, highly recommended.
