2/10 Poor

There were so many reviews that i should have listened to but I didnt due to the location. We had no resolve of issues that were expressed to the company, management company and hotels.com. We began with no air-conditioning and the air-conditioning fan was so loud it sounded like it was going to explode. The apartment was digusting dirty and dog feces or cat feces on the rug which was reported and was never taken care of in 3 days. It's Actually still sitting there on our check out today folded over. Actually, none of these issues were taken care of. The bed frame was not the right frame and it squeeked everytime you moved. The bedroom furnitire was so big you couldn't get to the other side of the bed. There were no shades on the windows so when you slept the light qq the city lamps were in your face all night. The bath tub leaked, lamp shades were broken and so was the toilet paper holder. Front desk staff were clueless and were not a part of the rental facility. They were paid door sitters essentially with no information on anything. Parkinglot for short term stays was across the road and unsafe. Dont ignore the reviews, like i did. I will NEVER stay with global ics, global luxury suites or anything to do with Tribeca apartments. Dont be fooled they own several places. Absolutely disgusted. I would add photos but this post will not let me for some reason.

Tribecca in DC
Very good experience renting this apartment. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of Union Station, Metro, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, and grocery store (Harris Teeter). Suggestion: add mattress pad to bed

Do Not Stay Here
This company is absolutely awful, especially the DC location. We rented an apartment for the weekend, and it was non-stop issues, so much that we woke up at 3 am and just left. The keys were not ready on time, there is no representative on site, someone just randomly drops keys off to a leasing agent who works for the property and has no idea what’s going on. When we got to the unit, there were food stains on the bedroom furniture, the headboard was separated from the bed so this posed a risk to my 10-month old, there were tangled messes of cords, the coffee table leg was broken, the WiFi didn’t work, the tv remotes didn’t work, rugs were disgusting, we ordered a 2 queen bed and received 1 queen bed and 2 twins, linens were dirty, and most importantly the air conditioning was unreliable! It would either run constantly so you have to turn it off to get the place to stop from freezing, or it would just not turn on so the apartment was unbearably warm. Their “customer service” is a group of people who also have no idea what’s going on, I believe it’s a third party group. I called over and over trying to get help with the AC and NO ONE CAME! A random person came to drop off extra linens that we didn’t request and when I asked him he said maintenance won’t come because it’s the weekend. I have been fighting with Hotels.com to get a refund but these people supposedly have to approve it - as if they care about customer satisfaction. Please don’t be fooled, there is nothing luxurious

Global Luxury Resorts was a horrible organization ftom the start. First, they wanted me to sign a blanket consent for damage charges aling with a pdf of the front and back of my credit card emailed to them from some spurious email ir I wouldnt be allowed to check in. I refused and demanded a refund. They continued to send me emails and texts for my cc info. The checkin info they emailed me was incorrect. The door code to the bldg was wrong and when I finally got the concierge to let me into the bldg and let us in to the condo, the balcony door was broken and wide open and the room temp was 78 degrees with the ac not working properly. Finally, the wifi account name and pw were incorrect. All I got was an apology text. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING MANAGED BY GLOBAL LUXURY. they should be removed from Hotels.com.

Nice apartment in Noma
Very nice place in a great neighborhood. Only complaints were noisy headboard on the bed, no kitchen towels, blind on balcony door that didn’t fully close, and the dishwasher needed rinse aid. But very quiet and roomy.

Not worth the money. Unit was not cleaned. Electronics weren’t plugged in and ready for use. Sheets were placed sloppy on the bed. No shower curtain or rod in the second bathroom to take a shower. Paperwork asked us to clean the unit before exiting but the cleaning fee is included?? The balcony door did not lock. Half of the power was off and had to find the breaker to reset it. It did have the space we needed as stated which was very convenient for 4 guests. Parking was easy and free on the street due to the stay being over the weekend. I was able to keep my vehicle in view from the unit thankfully it was safe. The car parked across the street from mine had their window completely busted the first night. Definitely would not book again unfortunately.

When we arrived there was no bedding for the pull out sofa in the living room (it is advertised as included and was requested). Weirdly, there were no pots and pans at all in the kitchen, but there were cooking utensils etc. The place was quite dirty. Big smear of something on the glass wall, bathroom light switch had some sort of crud on it. Sofa was a bit gross. Floor had crumbs and dust balls. Communication was poor, response slow. It took 24 hours for the bedding and pots and pans to arrive. I asked for a fee reduction for the first night, no answer. Not really relevant but the stationary bike in the exercise room was also broken. I liked the neighbourhood and the proximity to the metro was great. Don't bother with this company, there must be other short-term apartments nearby.

Booked via Expedia and the front desk had no record of my reservation. Had to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting for the booking agency to call me back with my room number, as there was no communication from them to me with any booking details. Once I was in the room, the furniture was disheveled and the mirror on the dresser was fastened using a snapped piece of 2x4 that was very visible. Overall, the room had lots of space but was a poor experience.

I didn't enjoy my stay due to the fact of being located to another building, because they said something was wrong with the initial room i booked. No one called me to inform me about the changes. Then i was told that it would be a upgrade, and it wasn't a upgrade. So i basically paid for something that i Didn't get.

* It just need some touches. * Water shower is lukewarm. bummer. * I can tell that someone was in rush to clean the apt but it is doable. *Nice extra sheets/lines/towels *Bed is comfy. Sofa bed is ek. Enough for two or less days. *Love living room. I would chill all day and enjoy the view. *I stuggled with Check in on app but Customer service was helpful. Check in in person was smooth. front desk concierges are friendly. *nice pans however no salt and peppers. *Cute welcome gift came with basic needs. I would come again if the shower water is hot. good place for one or two people.

BEWARE!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Myself and my friend paid for the 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe apartment. When we are arrive Thursday night the 25th the concierge informs us they do no have the keys to our room. Originally we were told a different room number but they later changed it to another room before we arrived. We attempted calling the 24hour number listed on our agreement but no one answered for hours. After showing proof to the concierge that we are to be in a certain room she then takes us up to our to let us in with her master key. We walk in and there is clearly people staying there. We immediately leave the room and continue to call the 24hour line.still could not reach anyone. I call Expedia where eventually they are able to get them on the phone to call me. The lady I spoke was nice however she stated she just off her job and was just getting home so give a few minutes to look up my reservation. She then tries to find us a vacancy available. It is now 2 am. She finds us a vacancy but it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it is dirty fingerprints on the wall hair in the sink. The ac was extremely loud as well. We left the next morning and went to the hotel next door.they even stated they have so many people that end there dealing with this property. We didn’t even mention their name the hotel already knew when we said we came from next door. EXPEDIA PLEASE TAKE THIS PROPERTY OFF THE SITE!!!
