The only complaint is that it was never serviced -- I got in late my second night there to find that nothing had been cleaned or refreshed, and it was too late to have anything done about it.

This was a three day family trip to celebrate a birthday. We loved this hotel and the location. It was walkable to all the things we wanted to do and convenient to the subways as well. The service staff was super helpful in the room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
