Clean room, comfy beds, small room but ample for just a few days in the city. Convenient location to MSG area. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Elevators were a bit slow at busy times. It is located in the flower district so every morning you could see the flowers and shrubs pushed out onto the sidewalk. I would stay here again if I was headed back to NYC.

The price is solid for this area of NYC - super accessible to trains and most major areas. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating - they truly went above and beyond for my stay and I am so grateful. My work trip had multiple last-minute changes and they made it happen when they could. This hotel is pretty standard and no frills - does what you need it to do for a decent price. The higher floors seem to be generally quieter. I did have one night where some kids next to my new room were making a ton of noise, but the staff almost immediately responded to my notice and politely asked them to quiet down. They even got me into another room to help me have a good night's sleep. I'm really grateful for this place during my work trip and would absolutely stay again.
