Convenience, price and decent standard of room with a comfortable bed. Simple check in/out - friendly staff. Accessibility would be an issue - lots of flights of stairs to my room - but if that’s not a major requirement I’d recommend it. My second stay as I go to an annual film festival just off Coldharbour Lane, and half the price of the Premier Inn I used to use in Brixton.

The hotel was excellent, incredibly comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. The room was really well equipped and incredibly spacious. Do not stay here

Do not stay here. The hotel has been taken over. Stayed here for years and was a good hotel, but the new owners have not maintained the place and is filthy, with shower that don't work, door handles thar come off in your hand. Avoid staying here.
