Convenience, price and decent standard of room with a comfortable bed. Simple check in/out - friendly staff. Accessibility would be an issue - lots of flights of stairs to my room - but if that’s not a major requirement I’d recommend it. My second stay as I go to an annual film festival just off Coldharbour Lane, and half the price of the Premier Inn I used to use in Brixton.

The hotel was excellent, incredibly comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. The room was really well equipped and incredibly spacious. It felt a little dated but was all comfortable and in working order. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money!

The room was clean, staff friendly and plenty of milk, coffee and tea in the shared dinning room. There was a wide plethora of DVDs to choose from, that you can take back to your room to watch, but the player in my room wasn't working. Overall I'd rate it as a 7 out of 10.

While it was in a great location as I stayed for a concert in Brixton, the bathroom did not have toilet paper and the room was pretty cold even with the window closed. But overall it was a clean, dry place to stay for one night especially as a student, not for longer than that.
