A lovely location. It is very close like right out the door from the DLR train station. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My major complaints: the bathroom was not clean. Particularly the shower area seem to have a lot of equipment for those who might be disabled or elderly. That equipment was not clean, I saw visible rusting and what looked like mildew. The second thing to note: if you’re expecting any simple toiletries, such as lotion, or soap – bring your own. There are none. Additionally, his room is not equipped with an iron. However, there is a blow dryer. You need to go to the front desk to ask for the iron and the ironing board. That was odd, but doable. When I stay here again? I would. The room was spacious, modern, and relatively clean.
