Genesis the front desk receptionist was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful, we so enjoyed her. Always smiled and was very welcoming. Hotel was clean and quiet. We will be back

This was a good hotel and location for the area we wanted to be in. The hotel was quiet, and the room was comfortable. It was on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in NYC. Staff was friendly. I would stay again if I needed to be in this part of the city.
