I would stay here again. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Mimo’s and San Marco’s are great. The morning guy at the desk was exceptional and very helpful.

Room was small but serviceable, especially for one night. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Price was very reasonable. Staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman who helped us during check in. Situated in an ideal location not far from Paddington Station meaning it was easy to get from here to pther parts of London.

Lovely location, great hotel
Great location 4 minutes walk from Paddington tube station . Friendly Staff. The room was clean. The bathroom was small, but clean. Staff friendly and polite.

The room was as expected. Nice place. Staff was great even allowed us to check in hours early without extra charge. The beds were pretty hard and no elevator but besides that great stay forva great price.

Great family room, close to Paddington station
Really easy walk to/ from Paddington station. Good size family room, small shower room but it did the job and was a perfect base for an overnight stop. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and offered a spot to park our pushchair overnight on the ground floor as we were several floors up and I don't think there is a lift.

Dont go near this gotel. Its not what you aee advertised on hotels.com. the rooms are disgusting i wouldnt leave a dog to stay there. Way to small with soecially built snaller than small doubke beds to fit s snall space, ok fo r solo traveler not for couple.im disabled andcwasvexoected to bring own luggage and getbup stairs to 3rd floor. No lift. Dontvstaybhere!!

Staff were really pleasant and helpful nothing to much trouble bedrooms modern and clean would of been better if you could have breakfast continental would do but there is plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast would recommend it to anyone great value for money Will definitely stay again

Excellent location
Excellent location 5 mins from Paddington Station. Very near to bars & restaurants. Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel/rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed. Hotel rooms are tiny and hotel/rooms in need of a bit of a spruce up. However, for the price it was not bad at all! Would stay again.
