We enjoyed our 1night stay. Clean, comfy beds. Neighbours & staff were abit loud at times. The room was a decent size, room 102 in basement. 2 beds, tv, a/c, Tea/coffee. The beds were comfy, we did have a window we could open but due to noisy neighbours we kept it closed and used ac. The bathroom was ok, shower tray very marked and the loo is very close in front of shower. ( if your on the larger side u may struggle to sit comfortably) Close to Paddington station, easy to find. Reception staff very friendly. Overall we had a great stay for decent price We will definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Clean, spacious room, very good value for money. Close to shops, pubs restaurants & tube stations Lack of a lift could be a problem for older travellers.

was given room from basemen. noisy. kept walking stairs. poor networking. room for three people could open one luggage. luggage storage was a joke as everyone had to took their heavy huge luggages from basement walking up stairs to ground floor and took them down stairs again for the other side of the basement storage area. needed to put room key card to reception every time leaving the hotel. polite staff. near Paddington station. expensive restaurant and supermarket nearby. will choose again if lower the price.

Great for the price. WiFi wasn’t great (which you need for the TV) and the staff were mostly quiet but couldn’t be the location. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay, there is no AC but there is a fan in the room that did the trick. Nice and efficient staff.

Very, very small room which needed a refresh, there were marks on the wall. Uncomfortable beds - mattress and pillows were hard. Our room wasnt cleaned properly, there were empty cans left on the windowsill, hair on the beds and the floor hadnt been cleaned. Location was great! A lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well Paddington station and underground. Reception staff were nice, polite and helpful.

The hotel was typical London hotel room as was small. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Quite hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and will stay again. Close to tube. Many fine restaurants and pubs near. Enjoyed my stay.

Cigarette butts in our room. Mold smell everywhere. People vaping inside the building. Staff was quite pleasant. Good location.

8/10 Very good

Fantastic location, on a quiet street 7 mins walk from Paddington Station with it’s large selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. Warm welcome at reception. Decor a bit tired, but the bedroom was smart. Shower could have done with a bit more of a clean, but the rest of the bathroom and room were clean. Very comfortable beds, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite its central location. Would definitely recommend as an affordable option to staying in London.

The bathroom was the tiniest we’ve ever seen. You could sit on the toilet, stick a leg in the shower and grab the sink all at the same time. The location was good, hotel was a little sketch, only gave us one key, for three, and kept the key when we went out for the day.
