The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked really well but the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor and you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the 4th floor, which isn't ideal when you have lots of luggage! A lot of choice for breakfast but the hot options were limited. The hotel is also next to a railway line but during the night wasn't too bad.

Lovely clean room with air con and a safe. Pillows a bit hard for me. Usual cheap instant coffee and uht milk provided. Close to rail station so could hear the trains but ear plugs for the night sorted that. Good transport links. Would stay here again as a sightseeing base.

Absolutely great value. Room was really clean and the air-con was effective and quiet enough. Ice available in the lobby and disposable cutlery so great for takeaway and prinks in the room. The one negative was the breakfast, which was so-so, but for a reasonably-priced room in Central London with free breakfast, I am not complaining!
