We had a fantastic stay here! Soren at the front desk was absolutely incredible - quick, attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was also quite nice; it resembled more of a flat, as there was a kitchenette (including a stove and oven) and a couch in addition to the bed and desk area. The air conditioning worked very well and the property was located in a quiet but walkable/accessible area. We will definitely be back!

This is my favorite hotel. The location couldn't be any better. It is on the high street near 2 tube stations, many restaurants, pubs , shops, across the street from a great cinema.... The rooms are clean and comfy. Even with all that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone could not be any more kind and helpful. Stay here!

Possibly this was because the Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and had limited facilities. Would have been good if we had been given prior notice of this as would not have opted for breakfast & felt £25 for a cold buffet wasn’t good value.
